Aviva Ireland – Staff Christmas Event
Aviva host an annual companywide event at Christmas for their 400 staff based in Dublin. A new theme is required each year and the event is hosted in the Aviva Stadium which the organisation has links to. Key objectives are to give staff the opportunity to engage in an informal social setting, interact with colleagues from other departments and celebrate Christmas together.
To reflect the event’s purpose, we wanted to create a stylish experience from entry to departure to make all attendees feel like VIPs on the evening. Our approach was to “Glam” Aviva. The venue was dressed decadently with black and white draping to complement the chequerboard dance floor and star cloth staging. Table dress included sequin cloths and oversized cocktail glass centrepieces. Hanging lighting created a magical seasonal background with further furniture specifically installed to encourage guest interaction. Full AV facilities provided for multi stimulatory entertainment. A comedic magician opened the evening at the drinks reception followed by a virtual reality suite, a lively party band and a 15 foot walk-in Snow Globe installation.
The client feedback was extremely positive with the event having met all objectives. The simultaneous entertainment provided for all tastes and guests were keen to get involved in all activities. The client continues to work with us on a number of events and experiences each year.
